Banking By Phone - It's so Easy!
We are dedicated to fulfilling the financial needs of all our members by making your everyday banking easier and more convenient. Our touch-tone banking system is powerful, reliable and capable of delivering enhanced performance for the latest in telephone banking.
Safe and Secure
You select and change your Member Access Code (MAC), the code can be from five to eight digits. This code along with your branch and account number is the only way you can access your personal account information.
Around the Clock Access
Access your accounts for transfers, loan payments, account balances as of a specific date. Check your transaction history, trace specific deposits or determine if a particular cheque has cleared your account.
Transfers and Loan Payments
Transfer money between accounts and make loan payments. Designate accounts of other members with an account at the Cornerstone Credit Union that you wish to transfer money to. (This must be pre-arrange at your branch) For example you may wish to transfer money to a son or daughter that is attending school outside of Yorkton.
Bill Payment
Pay bills on a wide variety of utilities and companies. Telephone, power, heat, cable and satellite TV, credit and department store cards, water, taxes, and more. You can set up the bill payment through TeleService® or visit one of our branches and a Member Service Representative can set up the bills that you wish to pay.
Fax Back Capabilities
Request general information and statement information to be sent immediately by fax to any number you specify.
Stop Payment
Set up or remove stop payment orders on cheques. When calling you must have the cheque amount and the cheque number.
