Did you get an error message when making a bill payment online?

Often times this error code means the confirmation number for the bill payment couldn’t be sent but the bill payment was successful. Please review your account activity to see if the payment went through your account before trying to make the bill payment again.

Alternatively, you could check the Payments >View/Modify Scheduled Payments screen. If the payment was successful it will appear on this screen; this is also where you would be able to delete the payment prior to day end if desired.
